First I'd like to mention the good things about our trip, because there were many. The ski slopes, ski instructors and the resort are absolutely top class, if the main purpose of your trip is skiing then you're in for a treat. The food and bar was pretty good. Fantastic ski trip, great instructor, lovely people in the class, fantastic food. Excellent 2hr15 transfer from Geneva. Loved the evening gym studio programme. Unfortunately, most nights sleep was disturbed by noise outside the room, the room was very comfortable but the bathroom shows it’s age.

We have just had a great weeks skiing at this hotel. However, I have to say that considering the potential reputational, logistical and economic consequence of of COVID-19 on Club Med, they didn't seem to be taking is seriously at all. They have put a few bottles of hand sanitiser around the hotel, many of which were empty, and were often ignored by guests.
