The climate in Mexico
Mexico has two seasons, the so-called dry season from November to May and the so-called wet season from June to October. In reality the rain generally comes at the end of the day or at night, and doesn’t stop you from enjoying the plentiful sunshine. The Ixtapa Pacific Club Med Resort is in the state of Guerrero, in Central America. It backs onto the luxuriant mountains of the southern Sierra Madre chain, and looks onto the Pacific Ocean. It is a savanna climate, with sunshine practically all year round.
The Club Med Resort is located in a tropical zone. Temperatures average 21°C in February and March, and over 28°C in August. The temperature of the water varies between 27 and 29°C, so you can swim and enjoy the beach all year round.
