What is the Group Advantage Program?
It’s the all new way that Club Med is doing Meetings & Events. From an all new website and dedicated group section of the resort application, to pricing amenities and perks for groups of 20 adults and more.
Here’s what you can expect from the new Meeting & Events by Club Med
Resorts: Available at North American resorts of Cancun Yucatan, Mexico; Ixtapa Pacific, Mexico; Sandpiper Bay, Florida; Punta Cana, Dominican Republic; Turkoise, Turks & Caicos; Columbus Isle, Bahamas; Caravalle, Guadeloupe; and Buccaneer’s Creek, Martinique.
Groups Size: To qualify, group must consist of at least 20 adults (age 16 years or older) and maximum of 100 adults. Groups over 100 adults require a customized program.
Lenght of Stay: Offer requires a 3-night minimum stay.
Membership: Club Med Membership fee of $60 per person are additional.
Bookings are subject to availability, and subject to capacity restrictions. Promotion may be withdrawn at any time. Offer is not valid for full resort buy outs. Valid for new Meeting & Events bookings only. Blackout dates apply, including holidays and other dates. Other restrictions apply including brochure terms and cancellation/change fees. For Columbus Isle, all guests must be 2 years of age. For Turkoise, all guests must be 18 years and older. Not responsible for errors or omissions. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

**One free adult for every 20 adults booked, therefore the 20th adult guest is free (40th, 60th, and 80th). Free adult only pays membership fee, and will be booked in the same room type and category in which there is the greatest number of room types and number of nights confirmed. ***One free upgrade to a Suite category room, or 2 Deluxe upgrades for every 20 adults booked. Offer doesn’t require 3-night minimum.
†Free cocktail party is one hour in length with chef’s selection of appetizers.
††One complimentary meeting room for duration of group stay, is given on a first-come-first-serve basis, and based on group size and other requirements. Complimentary meeting space is subject to space available at each resort and must be booked in advance. Meeting room will be assigned by the resort based upon availability during daytime hours (until 5:30pm). Excludes Florida Ballroom in Sandpiper Bay. Additional meeting space will be subject to charge. Free meeting space comes with tables & chairs (reset twice a day), Bottle of water, per person, Pencil & Notepad, Flip-Chart & Markers, 1 projector or smart TV, 1 Screen or smart TV, 1 Microphone, and 1 standard coffee-break.
